ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Thank you for your interest in Linville Hill Christian School.

Pre-Enrollment

If you feel the Lord is leading you to pursue admission for your child(ren), please complete the following:

1. K-12 Application for Admission 

2. 9-12 Student Essay Form

3. Pastor's Recommendation Form - Fill in Part I, then give to your pastor to complete and mail to the school.

4. Parent Covenant Form

INTERVIEW

Following receipt of the above forms and registration fee, an interview will be scheduled with the principal and prospective patron. This will be an opportunity for you to see the school facilities, and also for us to get acquainted with you and answer any questions you may have about Linville Hill.

Intake testing

The office will be in contact with you to schedule testing.

• Kindergarten Greet & Meet often takes place the end of April

• Students in grades 1-5 will be given placement tests

• Students in grades 6-12

After Acceptance

After your child is accepted, you will receive a link from the office which will connect you to “Sycamore”, our online school system.  You will be asked to fill out a variety of information, including signing some forms and giving approval/disapproval on a few items.  You will also be asked to provide the school with the following:

1. Request for records – if a transfer student

2. Physical Examination form for kids entering Kindergarten, 6th and 11th grades.

3. Immunization Form

4. A copy of a birth certificate, or some form of ID stating the birthdate of your child.

Please mail or bring all of the above to the school office before the first day of school.
